TI-Nspire™ Activities: Physics

In this activity, students study the effects of various characteristics of a projectile's initial motion affect its path. They begin by studying the characteristics of a simple projectile fired at an angle to the horizontal.

They create a parametric graph of the equations describing the projectile's horizontal and vertical motion.

Finally, they vary the initial conditions of the projectile's motion and observe the effects on its path.
